Trek through lush highlands, learn from local tribes, and relax amidst the region’s pristine natural landscapes—making this the perfect blend of culture, nature, and relaxation.
Tour plans
Day 00: Departure from Chennai International Airport
Assemble at Chennai International Airport three hours before departure.
Board your Malaysian Airways flight MH181 at 00:20 hrs to Kuala Lumpur.
Arrive in Kuala Lumpur at 06:50 hrs and take your connecting flight MH2612 at 08:25 hrs to Kota Kinabalu.
Arrive at Kota Kinabalu International Airport by 11:10 hrs. Meet and greet by our representative and transfer to your hotel for check-in.
After some rest, proceed for a half-day city tour visiting Signal Hill Observatory, Atkinson Clock Tower, Sabah State Mosque, Floating Mosque, Handicraft Market, and the Waterfront Esplanade.
Dinner at a local Indian restaurant followed by free time for a night market walk or a relaxing foot massage.
Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 01: Island Hopping at Tunku Abdul Rahman Park (Sapi & Manukan Islands)
Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to the jetty at 09:00 hrs.
Board a 15-minute ferry to the Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park and explore Sapi Island and Manukan Island.
Spend the day swimming, snorkelling, sunbathing, or relaxing on the white sandy beaches. Lunch will be served on the island.
After a leisurely afternoon, return to the mainland by 15:00 hrs and transfer back to your hotel.
Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02: Kinabalu Park & Poring Hot Springs
After breakfast, take a scenic two-hour drive to Kinabalu Park, passing by beautiful mountain villages along the Crocker Range.
En route, stop at Nabalu Market, where local villagers sell fruits, vegetables, and handmade souvenirs.
Upon arrival at Kinabalu Park, enjoy a refreshing walk through the Botanical Garden and, weather permitting, catch a view of Mount Kinabalu—the tallest mountain in Southeast Asia.
After lunch at a local restaurant, continue to Poring Hot Springs. Optional visits include the Butterfly Farm or a short jungle trek to Kopungit Waterfall.
Return to Kota Kinabalu for an overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 03: Mari Mari Cultural Village Experience
Breakfast at the hotel and assemble in the lobby at 09:15 hrs for your transfer to Mari Mari Cultural Village.
Cross the suspension bridge and begin your guided village tour to explore the traditional houses of Sabah’s ethnic tribes.
Watch live demonstrations of bamboo cooking, rice wine preparation, tobacco cutting, and rattan craft-making.
Learn about the ancient methods of bark cloth making and witness the fascinating Head Hunter Murut Longhouse.
Enjoy an authentic local lunch and cultural performances by indigenous tribes before returning to your hotel.
Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 04: Kota Kinabalu – Chennai
Breakfast at the hotel and check out.
Transfer to Kota Kinabalu International Airport for your AirAsia flight departing at 16:55 hrs.
Arrive at Chennai International Airport at 22:55 hrs.
Tour ends with cherished memories of your Malaysian adventure.
