Tour plans
Day 1 – Guwahati to Nameri National Park
Arrive at Guwahati Airport and drive to Nameri National Park. Enjoy river rafting on the Jia Bhoroli River (subject to weather conditions), guided jungle trekking, bird watching, and wildlife exploration before checking in to the resort for an overnight stay.
Day 2 – Nameri National Park to Dirang
After breakfast, drive to Dirang. Visit Sangti Valley, Dirang Dzong, Dirang Hot Water Spring, and Thupsung Dhargyeling Monastery before checking in to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 3 – Dirang to Tawang
After breakfast, drive to Tawang via Sela Pass. En route visit Sela Lake, Sela Top Viewpoint, Jaswant Garh War Memorial, and Nuranang (Jung) Waterfall before arriving in Tawang for an overnight stay.
Day 4 – Bumla Pass Excursion
After breakfast, board a mandatory local registered vehicle for a full-day excursion to Bumla Pass, Sangestar Tso (Madhuri Lake), and PT Tso Lake. In the evening, enjoy the Light & Sound Show at the Tawang War Memorial (subject to operation) before returning to the hotel.
Day 5 – Tawang Sightseeing to Bomdila
After breakfast, visit Tawang Monastery, Giant Buddha Statue, and Urgelling Monastery. Later, drive to Bomdila and check in to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 6 – Bomdila to Tezpur
After breakfast, visit Bomdila Monastery and the local market (time permitting). Continue to Tezpur through the Himalayan foothills and check in to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 7 – Tezpur to Guwahati
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Guwahati Airport for your onward journey.
